Le Jeune Orchestre de l’Abbaye, sous la direction du chef Philipp von Steinaecker, avec Aylen Pritchin comme premier violon, nous invite à un voyage musical célébrant l’héritage de la famille Mendelssohn.
L’élégante Ouverture en Do de Fanny Mendelssohn, une œuvre empreinte de sensibilité et de finesse, illustre son talent propre, longtemps éclipsé par son frère Felix. Suit le magistral Concerto pour violon en mi majeur de Felix Mendelssohn, un chef-d'œuvre du répertoire romantique où Aylen Pritchin déploie toute la richesse expressive du violon. Le concert se clôt sur la majestueuse Symphonie n°3 en la mineur « Écossaise », une œuvre majestueuse, vibrante et pittoresque, inspirée par les paysages et l’atmosphère écossaise. Les musiciens du JOA dévoileront toute la puissance et la délicatesse de ce chef-d'œuvre. La promesse d’un concert d’ouverture inoubliable, alliant virtuosité et émotion.
